Tools, Storage and Shop Goods

The half of the catalog you do not fight with.

Tack and Storage

Item What it does How you get it
Saddlebag Saddlebag +8 trough slots Workshop, level 6: 1 bone + 1 hide
Saddle Saddle The mount key. With a built stable, or a fresh tent in the zone you are standing in, it lets you ride. Crafting your first also grants the plain gold saddle look. Tradeable, no combat stats Workshop, level 6: 6 hide + 3 scrap + 1 bone + 2 Crude Glue
Tent A shelter you pitch anywhere walkable: a 26 slot stash, creatures leave you alone while you stand on it, and with a saddle it rides that zone at +28%. Wears out in 7 days. One per soul. Its own page Workshop, level 5: 100 straw + 4 cotton + 4 metal sheet + 10 hide + 12 sap + 4 Crude Glue
Tent Repair Kit Stand at your tent and use it. Restores it to a full 7 days from any state, worn out or already being looted Workshop, level 5: 2 cotton + 4 sap

Furniture

Six pieces you craft at the workshop and stand inside a stable room. None of them changes a number: they are decoration, and a repeating scrap sink. All six trade on the Exchange.

Sap Lamp 12 scrap + 2 sap
Stable Table 16 scrap

These are bought at Sticky Pomus, the general store, and each routes its full price to the town treasury.

Item What it does How you get it
GPS Tracker GPS Tracker Carry it and the world map becomes a fast travel network to any zone you have visited, 500 gloo a jump, two minute cooldown 1,500,000 gloo, from level 21
Portable Terminal Portable Terminal The Exchange opens anywhere: place and cancel orders from your bag, no desk needed. The most expensive thing in the world 10,000,000 gloo, no level gate. Also a 0.008% drop off any level 10+ creature or chest, and 0.5% per participant off Lil Knacker
Personal Storage Personal Storage A placeable chest of your own, 12 slots, contents kept across sessions. Upgradeable once to 24 for 10 crude glue, 15 scrap and 8 horse shit, burned out of the chest's own contents. From level 29 you may have two placed, and they are two doors onto the same box, not two boxes 120,000 gloo, from level 12
Golden Personal Storage Golden Personal Storage The exact same chest in a finer shell. Same slots, same box, no extra function 600,000 gloo, from level 12
Boombox Boombox A placeable stereo that streams a YouTube link's audio to everyone nearby, up to two per room. Only 50 will ever be sold 1,000,000 gloo, from level 25

The Camera is free. Walk into the portrait studio in town from level 7, press E, and it is yours. It is the one item in the world with no market at all, by design: it cannot be sold, listed or traded. See Chat, Friends and the Oracle.

Clothes you make yourself

T-shirts are crafted, and they run off the brick economy rather than gloo.

Straw spins into spun fiber (3 straw), fiber and water make cotton (1 fiber, 1 water), and 2 cotton makes a shirt. They come in white, red, green, blue, purple and beige, all at the workshop from level 6, human souls only.

Cotton is not only for shirts any more. Four of it goes into a tent, and two into a tent repair kit.

A shirt is worn on its own top slot, so it sits alongside your armour rather than replacing it. Every tee trades on the Exchange.

Two rules explain most of it. Crafted goods never sell back to a vendor, only to players. And anything that rolls a rarity is not fungible, so it stays off the order book: the black market player shops are its home.

Selling needs a licence, on three of those columns

Three of the selling columns are gated: an ask on the Exchange, a listing at Sticky Situations, and the vendor floor. To use them you need the trading licence, a nine quest chain from Broker Rook on the Exchange floor, or a lifetime total of 1 SOL deposited at the Bank.

The black market player shops and the land sale board are not gated, and neither is buying, crafting or a face to face trade. Those are open to everyone from the first minute.

Next: Carrying and Keeping.
